When joining the school all children are allocated a house team.

We have 7 houses which are named after trees:

Beech - White

Cedar - Orange

Chestnut - Purple

Maple - Yellow

Ash - Red

Sycamore - Blue

Willow  - Green

Each house has its own house colour and is run by a class teacher.  Siblings are together in the same house.  There is a mixture of different year groups in each house with each house being led by House Captains from Year 6 and Vice Captains from Year 5.

Throughout the year, children are given the chance to earn house points and there are opportunities for the children to work in their houses for certain annual occasions including Sports day, whole school themed activities, meetings to discuss issues raised by the school council and voting for school captains.
