Thursday 6^th October is National Poetry Day. In school, we will be doing a range of activities to develop their children’s appreciation of this form of writing; a form that can explore so many avenues of life and experience, free from some of the shackles of syntax and grammar. We’ll also be running a little competition for you at home, children and adults, so look out for an announcement on our Facebook page this weekend.
