As part of Children’s Mental Health Week, our Parent Support Advisor, Sarah de Marcos and a member of the School Health Nursing Team, Susan Treasure, will be running a Parent Information Session on the importance of sleep and ideas for helping to establish a positive bedtime routine. This will be held on Monday 4^th February, during the school day (time to be confirmed). Please let the office know if you intend to come so that we can cater for numbers.
