This week we took a team of Year 5 and 6 children to Bohunt to play Capture the Flag with children from some of our local school.  Coats and jackets soon came off as they tore around the astro-turf dodging their competitors and accumulating flags from other teams which could be immediately stolen from them! The game play was fast and furious. Liss and Liphook also sent teams and all three schools played together in 3 big battles. Bruce was particularly brave and speedy also a big shout out to Lillie who kept the team powering on as well as cleverly engaging competitors in conversation to distract them. The running was relentless and Grayshott (who fielded a much smaller team than the other schools) were outstanding. It was not a competition on this occasion, but the spectators and I would certainly have given the winning trophy to our school for courage, sportsmanship and resilience demonstrated!
