On Tuesday, Year 6 got a great opportunity to put a real life context to their learning. As part of their topic on Ancient Greece, they had the chance to go next door to Grayshott pottery to recreate some ancient pots using the coiling technique, one of the earliest hand building methods for creating pottery! This was a wonderful workshop for them and thank you so much to the staff at the pottery for making it happen.
