African Drumming
Fri 21 Oct 2022Massive thanks to Grayshott Concerts for their continuing funding for music development in the school. This week, their funding helped us to arrange for an African Drumming workshop for Blue and Green classes. The children loved the sessions and gave a wonderful performance at the end for the whole school. They had everyone up and dancing. Loads of them came out of the hall talking about wanting drums for Christmas. Great to see such enthusiasm and inspiration!

Harvest
Fri 14 Oct 2022Thank you so much to our wonderful children for the wonderful performances they gave at this year’s Harvest services at St. Luke’s. It was lovely to see so many parents and grandparents in attendance and the children really rose to the occasion. You can still bring in food donations if you wish. Drop anything off at school and we will make sure it finds its way to Headley Food Bank where it will be gratefully received.

School Elections
Fri 07 Oct 2022Cllr. Tom Hanrahan gave up some of his time today to come along and be our returning officer. Grayshott went to the polls today to elect House Captains and Vice Captains in Silver and Gold Class. They will form our new school council along with representatives from the other classes who were elected earlier in the week. This should help give the children a voice in the school and I can’t wait for our first meeting.
